We are the Esposito's - clearly not your typical Russian last name, but the light of our lives are Russian - Luca Yuri was born in Ekaterinburg, Russia on July 14, 2004, and joined our family on October 25, 2005. Jaxon Artyom was born February 21, 2007 in Balashikha, Russia. He arrived home on March 22, 2008. Completing our family is Cara Juliet, aka Apple Pie. She arrived March 24, 2009 - our miracle baby.

Keeping the Blog Open...
So, Nick and I decided to keep our blog open and not go private with it. Afterall, I found such comfort in reading blogs back in 2005 when we were having a hard time with completing Luca's adoption. We did decide that we will not post pictures of our little one until we officially have him in our arms (perhaps a glimpse of a foot or a hand!). We will also be careful about sharing any info that could potentially affect the success of this adoption. Call me paranoid (thanks for passing that gene along - you know who you are!) but it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Hey there! Glad to hear you're sticking around. Visiting your blog (and so many others!) has become part of my nightly ritual. I'd go through withdrawals if blogger suddenly disappeared!
